      <image:caption>Hi there, I’m Ashley McHan. I’ve been doing this work for a long time—18 years—and I still feel a genuine sense of gratitude that this is what I get to do every day. At the heart of it, I care deeply about helping people feel more at home in themselves. My background is in trauma and eating disorders, but you don’t need to identify with either of those to belong here. Many of the people I work with are simply feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or ready for something to shift—even if they’re not sure what that is yet. I am here support you in navigating difficult life experience, change and adjustment to get you to the other side. Therapy with me goes beyond just talking. I draw from approaches that support real, lasting change—not just insight, but integration. We work together to decide the approach that is best for you, utilizing mindfulness, somatics and therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). With these resources, we can begin to address old patterns and beliefs (the deeper layers that shape how you experience your life) and ways of coping that no longer serve you to begin to move you in a new direction. Through this work, you’ll gain new perspective on old challenges that can help you begin to connect to a deeper sense of knowing, of self-understanding, clarity in what you value and how you want to live. You’ll have have the opportunity to develop new skills to manage stress, heal your nervous system and build resilience and confidence in yourself and your ability to manage life’s challenges. Whether you’re navigating something specific or simply feeling the pull toward growth, my intention is to offer a space that feels supportive, grounded, and real. A place where you can exhale a bit, get to know yourself more deeply, and begin to move toward the life you want in a way that actually feels sustainable. Together we’ll work to help your find your way back to yourself so that you can move forward, toward a new way of living, a more fulfilling life. So that you can feel more clear, aligned and capable of living your life as you truly desire. Heal your relationship with food, your body, yourself. I’m here to support you.</image:caption>
