For the past 17 years I’ve worked as a trauma and eating disorder specialist helping people heal and overcome patterns and beliefs that have begun to weigh them down, to hold them back and keep them feeling stuck.
I am here support you in navigating difficult life experience, change and adjustment to get you to the other side.
My approach varies based on the type of work you are drawn to do, utilizing mindfulness, somatics and therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), we can begin to address old patterns, beliefs and ways of coping that no longer serve you to begin to move you in a new direction. Through this work, you’ll gain new perspective on old challenges that can help you begin to connect to a deeper sense of knowing, of self-understanding, clarity in what you value and how you want to live. You’ll have have the opportunity to develop new skills to manage stress, heal your nervous system and build resilience and confidence in yourself and your ability to manage life’s challenges.
Together we’ll work to help your find your way back to yourself so that you can move forward, toward a new way of living, a more fulfilling life. So that you can feel more clear, aligned and capable of living your life as you truly desire. Heal your relationship with food, your body, yourself. I’m here to support you.
